This garage addition gave the homeowner much needed room for their garage. |
Adding an addition to your home or office can be a big project. R&R Concrete and Excavating, Inc. can pour the foundation of your addition with the least amount of earth interrupted. It is meticulously and accurately done so that extra soil does not need to be moved.

| RETAINING WALLS |

This retaining wall was poured to be used as a support for a swimming pool. There was a very steep drop-off making the backyard virtually unusable. By pouring a retaining wall the homeowners were able to have a pool and a large deck right off of their kitchen. |

| RAISE HOUSES |

Located on the northern end of Lake Koshkonong, this houses needed to be raised up 7' from the existing grade due to the flood plain. There wasn't much of a footing base due to the water saturation and the home settling. Utilizing the services of Heusser Heavy Haulers, the house was raised, and R&R Concrete and Excavating, Inc. poured a new foundation. |
R & R Concrete & Excavating, Inc. will work with Heusser Heavy Haulers, who will hold your house while we tear out the old foundation and replace it with a new poured concrete foundation. With this new foundation, you will be able to utilize the space that possibly hasn’t been usable in years.

| WATERSTOP |

Concrete naturally expands and shrinks which may cause fractures in your foundation. R & R Concrete & Excavating, Inc. uses a controlled fracture in the form of a “v” along with a 6" rubber membrane, that stops water from penetrating into your foundation. This technique was created exclusively by owner, Roger Olson.

| FORM-A-DRAIN |

This photo shows Form-A-Drain in a footing. Form-A-Drain is a drainage system that is used to keep water away from foundations. |
R & R Concrete & Excavating, Inc. is a leader in the system of Form-A-Drain, which is a draintile system used by our company to keep water away from foundations and basements. This system is used instead of the old system of Draintile. It is covered with a foot of stone on the outside and 4" of stone on the inside to ensure drainage away from your foundation.

| ESCAPE WINDOWS |

This photo shows an escape window and planter window well that we put in this clients home. It provides a safe exit area in the basement and has planter shelves to provide a nice view from the basement living room. |
R & R Concrete & Excavating, Inc. extracts the precise amount of earth and cuts the concrete that is necessary to install an escape window which will allow you more usable space in your basement for bedrooms and living room space. They also provide additional light and meet the safety regulations for a fire escape.
