House Raising / Excavation for House Raising R & R Concrete & Excavating, Inc. will work with a local contractor, Heusser Heavy Haulers. They can lift and hold your house while we dig out your old foundation and replace it. Once it is poured we will backfill and finish with a rough grade.

Raised House Machesney Park Located in Machesney Park, IL this house's foundation was damaged due to the massive flooding that occurred in the spring in the Midwest. R & R worked with Heusser Heavy Haulers to raise up the house while we dug out, tore out and repoured a new foundation. The house needed to be raised up about 4 1/2' from the existing grade due to the flood plain.
