Heusser will hold up your house with supports while R & R digs out and removes your old foundations and then re-pours a new one that will provide many more years of service. R & R has worked with many homeowners whose foundations were damaged largely in part due to water. We have also replaced homes with limestone foundations that are crumbling and no longer supportive. EXCAVATION FOR HOUSE RAISING Located in Machesney Park, IL this house's foundation was damaged due to the massive flooding that occurred in the spring in the Midwest. R & R worked with Heusser Heavy Haulers to raise up the house while we dug out, tore out and repoured a new foundation. The house needed to be raised up about 4 1/2' from the existing grade due to the flood plain. R & R Concrete & Excavating, Inc. will work with a local contractor, Heusser Heavy Haulers. They can lift and hold your house while we dig out your old foundation and replace it. Once it is poured we will backfill and finish with a rough grade.
